For the time being the entire text of the report is avail\u00adable only in French (a few texts con\u00adcern\u00ading the situ\u00adation in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar coun\u00adtries are also in Eng\u00adlish).<\/p>\n<p>The group was formed in 2009 with\u00adin <span class=\"caps\">CEATL<\/span> with the aim of col\u00adlect\u00ading data on lit\u00ader\u00adary trans\u00adlat\u00adors\u2019 train\u00ading and edu\u00adca\u00adtion at nation\u00adal and European levels, and thus to provide inter\u00adested parties with rel\u00adev\u00adant inform\u00ada\u00adtion. To this end the group con\u00adduc\u00adted a&nbsp;sur\u00advey on train\u00ading and edu\u00adca\u00adtion prac\u00adtices in the European coun\u00adtries rep\u00adres\u00aden\u00adted in <span class=\"caps\">CEATL<\/span>. The sur\u00advey high\u00adlighted the sim\u00adil\u00adar\u00adit\u00adies and dif\u00adfer\u00adences between the exist\u00ading prac\u00adtices, both aca\u00addem\u00adic and non-academic.
